Thank you for shopping with Esmelle Beauty. We want every customer to have a clear and comfortable shopping experience. If you need to return an item or report an issue with your order, please read our policy below.
Return Window
You may submit a return request within 30 days after your order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. It should be returned with its original packaging when applicable, and you must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty, skincare, or personal care products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with may not be accepted for return.
Items Not Accepted for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
1. Opened or used beauty products
2. Final sale or clearance items
3. Gift cards
4. Personalized or custom products
5. Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
6. Returns sent back without approval from our support team
How to Begin a Return
Before sending any product back, please contact our support team and include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos of the product and packaging.
After we review your request, we will send return instructions if your return is approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Esmelle Beauty is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged while being returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please check your order shortly after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label to help us review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a mistake from Esmelle Beauty.
Exchanges and Cancellations
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product first and place a new order after your return is approved.
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our normal return process.
